
Quality and Research Development Organization implemented a vocational training activity in the countryside of Hajin, Deir Ezzor, targeting women to enhance their technical and craft skills in modern concrete-making techniques and their practical applications in household and kitchen products.
The training focused on hands-on, market-oriented skills directly applicable within the local economy, contributing to women’s economic empowerment and expanding their income-generating opportunities.
The activity also created a collaborative production environment that brought together returnee women and members of the host community, strengthening social cohesion and teamwork.
This initiative aims to improve beneficiaries’ living conditions by creating sustainable income opportunities and enabling them to develop future small-scale enterprises that support family and community stability.
