
The Organization for Research, Quality, and Development held a significant activity in the city of Raqqa as part of its community cohesion initiatives, focusing on the fundamental aspects of the concept of trauma and natural responses. Participants explored how to recognize emotions and their impacts, along with the close relationship between the body and emotions.
Activities such as Emotion Cards and Body Mapping were implemented to enhance self-understanding and express personal experiences. Furthermore, calming and breathing techniques were introduced, along with healthy coping skills, contributing to the physical relaxation of participants. This activity provided an essential opportunity for fostering interaction and mutual support within the community.
