
The Quality, Research, and Development Organization conducted a specialized training program for women in the city of Raqqa, including returnees from al-Hol camp and women from the host community, aimed at equipping them with practical skills in digital marketing across social media platforms. The training focused on creating and managing professional accounts, developing effective marketing strategies, and producing engaging digital content tailored to the local audience. Participants also learned techniques for interacting with followers and measuring performance to improve reach and sales. This program is expected to expand employment opportunities, increase participants’ incomes, and support the community’s economic independence.
