
In Raqqa Governorate, specifically at the Social Welfare Center in Tabqa city, specialized psychological support sessions were recently held to help individuals manage stress and anxiety. Sixteen people participated in these sessions, marking an important step towards promoting mental health in the community.
The sessions focused on equipping participants with practical tools and effective techniques for overcoming daily pressures. Guidance was provided on how to identify sources of stress and how to deal with them in healthy ways. Through group exercises and open discussions, participants learned essential skills such as deep breathing, positive thinking, and reframing negative thoughts.
