
Quality and Research Organization conducted specialized sessions on skills development, stress, and anxiety management at Muhaymida Center in the western countryside of Deir ez-Zor, targeting women returnees from Al-Hol Camp alongside women from the host community.
The sessions aimed to equip participants with practical tools to cope with psychological pressure and enhance their ability to adapt to daily challenges.
Activities included interactive exercises on communication skills, deep breathing techniques, organizing thoughts, and emotional regulation.
The sessions also provided a safe space for dialogue and experience-sharing, fostering mutual support and solidarity among women.
