As part of its ongoing efforts to support livelihoods and improve food security in local communities, the Quality Research and Development Organization (QRD) conducted a training workshop titled “Drying and Canning Food” in the village of Al-Jaradi, with the participation of 16 trainees from the local community.
The workshop aimed to empower participants with practical skills in food preservation through healthy and economical methods. It focused on learning drying and canning techniques as effective means to extend the shelf life of food products and reduce waste. Additionally, it sought to raise awareness of the importance of food security and the utilization of available local resources to improve household income.
