As part of its support for educational and cultural activities aimed at developing the skills of young people, the Quality Research and Development Organization organized a special activity within the summer club in the village of Al-Sousa in Deir ez-Zor Governorate, focusing on the art of Arabic calligraphy. Sixteen young men and women from the area participated in this activity, receiving practical and theoretical training in the fundamentals of writing various styles of Arabic script.
The workshop focused on introducing participants to the history of Arabic calligraphy and its importance in cultural and artistic expression. They also learned the principles of pen control, letter harmony, and the aesthetics of handwriting and composition. The interactive sessions encouraged creativity and the development of artistic skills, allowing participants to produce distinctive artworks that reflected their ability to learn quickly and express themselves aesthetically.
